Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 27, 2026

Sunny Day Creations, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Lazyface (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to ensuring that our website at www.lazyface.com (the “Site”) is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience and are continually working to improve the accessibility of the Site.

1. Accessibility Standards

We are committed to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in October 2023 and recognized as the international standard for web accessibility (ISO/IEC 40500:2025). WCAG 2.2 Level AA addresses accessibility for users with a broad range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. Compliance with these guidelines also supports our obligations under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

2. Measures Taken

We have taken, and continue to take, the following measures to support accessibility on the Site:

(a) Providing text alternatives for non-text content, including descriptive alt text for product images.
(b) Ensuring sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the Site in compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
(c) Ensuring all interactive elements, including navigation menus, forms, buttons, and the checkout process, are fully operable using a keyboard.
(d) Using clear and consistent navigation structures, headings, and labels to support screen reader users and assistive technologies.
(e) Designing forms with properly associated labels, clear error messages, and instructions to assist all users in completing transactions.
(f) Avoiding content that flashes more than three times per second to protect users with photosensitive conditions.
(g) Providing descriptive link text that conveys the purpose of each link out of context.

3. Third-Party Content

The Site may include content or functionality provided by third-party vendors and platforms, such as payment processors, social media plugins, and embedded media. While we strive to ensure accessibility across all aspects of the Site, we may have limited control over the accessibility of third-party content. We are actively working with our third-party vendors to improve the accessibility of their integrations.

4. Ongoing Efforts

We view accessibility as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time project. Our efforts include periodic accessibility audits of the Site using both automated testing tools and manual evaluation, training our development and content teams on accessibility best practices, incorporating accessibility requirements into our design and development processes, and monitoring for new accessibility issues as we update and expand the Site. The most recent accessibility review of the Site was conducted on 3/27/26.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of these limitations and are working to address them. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us so that we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty accessing any content or functionality, or would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:
