Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes the shipping practices, timeframes, and terms applicable to orders placed through www.lazyface.com (the “Site”), operated by Sunny Day Creations, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Lazyface (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
Section 1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods, including holidays, promotional events, and product launches, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if your order is expected to be significantly delayed, in accordance with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (“MITOR”), which requires that orders be shipped within the timeframe advertised or, if no timeframe is stated, within thirty (30) days.
Section 2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We currently ship to addresses within the United States[, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories] (subject to carrier availability).
All delivery timeframes are estimates measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement, and are not guaranteed.

Any shipping estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery date. Actual shipping times may vary based on destination and are subject to delays due to inclement weather, changes in international politics and other events outside of our control and the control of our shipping partners.
Section 3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product, as described in the Returns and Refunds section of our Terms of Service at https://lazyface.com/policies/terms-of-service.
Section 4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You may also check order status through your account on the Site. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Section 5. Subscription Orders
Subscription Orders are shipped according to the delivery schedule established at the time of enrollment. Shipping costs for Subscription Orders are the same as for one-time orders unless otherwise indicated. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each Subscription Order shipment. If you need to update your shipping address for future Subscription Order deliveries, please update your account settings or contact us athello@lazyface.com before your next billing date.
Section 6. Skincare Product Shipping Considerations
Skincare products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. During periods of extreme heat (above 90°F / 32°C) or extreme cold (below 32°F / 0°C), we may adjust packaging or shipping methods to protect product integrity. If you are concerned about temperature exposure during transit, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option. We are not responsible for product degradation caused by extreme temperatures during carrier transit or after delivery. Please retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.
Section 7. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at stuart@lazyface.com within seven (7) days of the delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate. For packages confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion.
Section 8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at hello@lazyface.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Section 9. Holiday and Peak Period Advisory
During holiday seasons and promotional events, both our processing times and carrier delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods. Specific holiday shipping deadlines, if applicable, will be posted on the Site.
Section 10. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site and placement of orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
