If you enroll in our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and consent records. We use this information to send you marketing messages and transactional notifications related to your orders. We do not sell, share, or use SMS opt-in data or consent information for purposes unrelated to the reason for which you provided it. Section 7. Data Retention

Specifically: (a) account and order information is retained for as long as your account is active and for seven (7) years thereafter for tax and legal compliance; (b) marketing communication records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for three (3) years after you unsubscribe; (c) SMS consent records are retained for the duration of your participation and for five (5) years thereafter; and (d) website analytics data is retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
